Terms of Service
The agreement between you and SushiSend when you use our platform.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SushiSend's website, dashboard, API, and related services (the "Service"). By signing up you accept these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
1. Your account
You must be at least 18, provide accurate information, and safeguard your credentials. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account. Owners and admins must enable two-factor authentication within 14 days.
2. Acceptable use
Don't use SushiSend to:
- Send spam, phishing, malware, or unsolicited commercial mail.
- Violate anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR/PECR, etc.) in any jurisdiction.
- Impersonate anyone or misrepresent the origin of mail.
- Send content that is illegal, harassing, exploitative, or infringes intellectual property.
- Test our deliverability or abuse systems without prior written consent.
We may suspend or terminate workspaces that violate these rules and will always offer a clearly explained appeal path.
3. Fees and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Usage above plan limits is billed in arrears at the per-thousand rate listed on the pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Service level
We target 99.9% monthly availability on paid plans. If we miss it, Scale customers are eligible for service credits per the SLA attached to their order form.
5. Your content
You own your content. You grant us a non-exclusive license to process it as needed to deliver the Service. We honor our Ethical AI Promise when we use product-usage signals to improve the platform.
6. Warranty and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by law. To the maximum extent permitted, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
7. Termination
You can cancel at any time from the dashboard. We can terminate accounts that violate these Terms or present legal or security risk to the Service or other customers.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts of Delaware, unless local law requires otherwise.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; we'll notify you by email before material changes take effect. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
